For labor-only jobs we bill a two-hour minimum, then real hourly billing after that. So a 90-minute unload gets billed at 2 hours; a 3-hour load gets billed at 3 hours. More honest than the 4-hour minimums the big-name mover-labor apps push.
Yes — we bring the pro-mover gear (four-wheel dollies, appliance dollies, moving blankets, ratchet straps, shrink wrap) even for labor-only jobs. Rental trucks usually only come with a couple thin pads, which isn't enough.
Yes — PODS, ReloCubes, and U-Box units are common labor-only jobs for us. We tetris the container tight so nothing shifts in transit and you get the full cubic footage you paid for.
